ok so it's not so funny.. just a cool poster i saw the other day...but its about bicycles..
there is a big event on Saturday if you would like to help more people wake up to our dependence on the road hogging stinkmobile...

deano was on RRR today talking about serving solar beer from his bicycle without packaging...102.7 fm. heres a podcast..
deano was also in the Herald Sun today.....here's the article so you can spend your money on a green left or a big issue instead;)

b) oz related.... getup seems to be getting some grass roots climate change actions happening all over the country... yay. We are amassing a HUGE bicycle crew to move this torch through the inner northern suburbs... Torch starts in Fitzroy at the town hall at midday: The Queen of Brunswick Barb Wire will be receiving the torch from the Mayor of City of Yarra at Fitzroy town Hall 12.30pm.Then the 'Queen of Brunswick' Barb Wire, will be chauffeur ridden on a tandem bicycle to the Ceres environmental park with a large crowd of cyclists. In the USA (some say an unfortunate but accurate predictor of the way things go here) there are some horrific statistics of how many people are losing their homes...and McCain couldn't answer the question of how many homes he owns.. Obama jumped on that:
i thought about the presidential race & i thought about something Bill Hicks said about it all..
no matter who gets voted in democracy/real freedom gets subverted by big business/media & nasty types.... bring on enlightenment...2012 keg party anyone?
